New Frame - name.

Hello again,

I would like you to know, I have given my new (International) frame a name:
"The Libbie"
This is to recognise the friendship and support given to me over the last 29 years from a friend like no other. Everyone should have a friend like Elizabeth (Libbie to only a few!) Thank you Libbie.

The Libbie has two classes, one for delivery via Post and one for delivery via Courier.

I have yet to finalise my price for "The Libbie",  sorry for any inconvenience.

Happy quilting,
Ann.

Demonstration Tuesday 3rd May 2011

As per my plan to have a regular demonstration on the first Tuesday of every month, (with the exception of November which will be the second Tuesday).
The next demonstration will be on Tuesday 3rd May 2011. Time 1100hrs til 1300hrs.
The venue will be:
Club Coops, Gym, Lifestyle & Fitness Entertainment Centre.
751 Beams Road, Carseldine, Queensland. 4034.
Club Coops has good parking facilities and is close to Public Transport.  Refreshments can be purchased onsite or nearby.
It may be possible to use a "volunteered" quilt to demonstrate the frame, please bring your quilt sandwich along to be assembled on the frame, if we have more than two on the day we may need to make a decision!
You would need to supply the backing, batting, top and curved safety pins - how good would that be to take home a quilt sandwich ready to quilt? (ideal size to demonstrate is approx. 120cms x 120cms)
If you would like to try the design wall application bring along your blocks and give it a go (bring some papers, pens & pins to note the blocks positions.
That's all for now.

Happy Quilting, Ann.

P.S
I had a demonstration last Thursday (28th April 2011) evening at Home Sew in the  Aspley Hypermarket, on Brisbane's northside.
Thank you to Erica and James for inviting me to demonstrate my frame, and to Carol for preparing the room and supervising the evening, and to all the lovely ladies that attended the evening.
A special thank you to my daughter Eleanor for helping me on the night.
Ann.
